 The Natural Way has been my heart and soul since 1978. During these 29 years, I’ve witnessed growth, excitement, and changes of most every magnitude in both my stores and the entire natural food industry. The three stores have matured into established businesses and my three daughters have grown to be strong women with their own careers and families. For these successes, I’m grateful. Taking care of my own health has been easy, as it’s my job to keep up and use the newest and best supplements. Eating natural and vegetarian was a choice I made when my children were babies--I have always been grateful for that decision. Have I ever had double strength kava kava tea by day and Serenity tea by night? Just on occasion.

Many years ago, in my late teens, I worked at a health food store. I enjoyed the environment and learned a lot about eating right and taking care of myself. It's been great for me this last year getting back into a health food store even though things have changed a lot over the years.
